Accuracy and updates
Corrections
A changed release date and an incorrect specification are different kinds of update. The record should make that distinction visible.
Report a concern
A public contact address has not been configured for this local preview. Submissions are not currently accepted through the site. Include the article URL, the exact statement, why it appears incorrect, and an official supporting source. Do not send private documents or sensitive personal information.
Review process
Compare the concern with the saved sources and current official material. If the evidence conflicts, seek clarification or mark the detail unresolved. We do not promise a response deadline or automatically accept a requested change.
Correction notes
Material factual changes receive a dated note on the article explaining the correction. Minor spelling and formatting fixes need not create a correction note. New information may be added as a dated update without implying it was known at publication.
Unsupported stories
If a central claim cannot be supported, the article should be corrected, withheld, or withdrawn with an explanation. The internal evidence record is retained so the decision can be reviewed.
