An 8L base with 4L on demand
The vest's removable 4L compartment brings total capacity to 12L. It clips to the shoulder straps and uses two lower elastic cords to pull the load closer to the body. NNormal specifies a 10,000 mm hydrostatic-head rating for that compartment.
The 8L base has front zipped and flask pockets, a rear traverse pocket, quiver attachment loops and breathable contact fabric. Two 500 ml soft flasks are included. The base vest weighs 142 g, rising to 180 g with the modular compartment attached.
A 60 g belt for lighter loads
The redesigned Trail Run Belt carries 2L across five pockets. Front and rear mesh pockets accept 500 ml flasks, a zipped front pocket includes a key hook, and two side mesh pockets hold smaller items. Adjustable rear loops secure poles, while silicone grip details help stabilize the load.
Both products come in Black and Beige in sizes XS through XL. Japan pricing is ¥33,000 including tax for the vest and ¥13,200 for the belt. NNormal introduced the collection in July; September 11 marks the documented Japanese release rather than its first global announcement.
